Improvement

Improvement:

I went on the treadmill for twenty five minutes , three consecutive days, which I am very proud of. Sure there were some days when I didn't feel like going on. But once you begin a habit, or at least once I begin a habit, I find it strange to just stop and not contiue. And like I said before, that each week I would be adding on a day----so next week, its going to be four consective days, for thirty minutes, just adding five more minutes each week. and increasing the speed. in the end, actually I think four consective days for an hour in good enough, I am working towards the hour, I am not there.
I realized that my body needs time to relax, so four days a week should be good enough.

Before I used to go on the treadmill seven days a week, that was a lot.

And then it was five days, but that only gave me two days of rest, I think I would benefit better with
three days.

Plus I don't eat that much during the day, and what i do eat is pretty healthy, no baked goods, candies, chips,

if i happen to eat something fattening, than I will add another day, so its best that i don't do that.
or save it for one of days that i will be going on the treadmill.

Anyway, I still don't feel like i have lost ANY weight, but I am going to keep at it and not give up.

new plan

I decided that I am going to take things slowly, and decided that for this week, I am only going to go on the treadmill two times, which I have already done. Although I may do some other workouts. like squats for example and longes. and running in place, which i'll do for two days,
and then starting from next week, I'll add another another day, for both next week God willing.

Yesterday, I had one chocolate covered peanut butter ball, two bowls of vegetable soup, a vegetable and thick yogurt sandwich,

workout thoughts

Two days in a row, of going on the treadmill at ten o'clock at night. Which I think is a good thing, I just need to keep it up.  I find that going on the treadmill at night is better, because i get tired earlier, and then i end up waking up earlier than usual, which is also a good thing, because that gives me, more time during the day to get things done.

Although I have been going on the treadmill everyday for the past two days, that's all i have been doing these past two days, today, I have to start incorporating other workouts, like crunches for example, or running in place, or even dancing, which i plan on starting from today, or rather tonight, i need burn as much calories as possible everyday.

In good news I did increase the speed, by five, and plan on increasing the speed again tonight.
Eventually I'll stay on the treadmill for longer than just twenty minutes.

progress

Yesterday I got back on track. I ate sensibly, I didn't over eat and I didn't under eat either. Just enough to keep from feeling weak and tired.
I also went on the treadmill for twenty minutes. now I am contemplating whether or not I should go on the treadmill every day for twenty minutes or every other day? I am thinking everyday, after all its only twenty minutes.
Which I plan on doing, at ten in the evening, while watching an eygption series that comes on mbc4.
i am planning to increase the speed though.

Today for breakfast, I had fried potato's with hot sauce, and then for lunch I had salad with white cheese, it took me a while to finsh, I started at five and finished the last bite of the salad at ten, so five hours to finish a simple salad, but to be fair, I was doing other things and taking a bite chewing, doing something else, and then waiting a while before taking another bite. And I mostly do this, because whenever I eat some things too fast, I wind up getting seriously sick, and so I avoid doing that.
My plan is to go on the treadmill, yesterday, I danced around, I probably looked funny, but the point is, I got up and burnt some calories.
