new plan

I decided that I am going to take things slowly, and decided that for this week, I am only going to go on the treadmill two times, which I have already done. Although I may do some other workouts. like squats for example and longes. and running in place, which i'll do for two days,
and then starting from next week, I'll add another another day, for both next week God willing.

Yesterday, I had one chocolate covered peanut butter ball, two bowls of vegetable soup, a vegetable and thick yogurt sandwich,
