Sense I have been feeling better health wise, I have been slowing getting back to working out again, I want to get back to working out as much as I had been working out before I got sick. I still have to be careful food wise.
Like I cannot let myself go without food for more than three hours, or else I get very light headed and that is not a fun feeling.
So it works out, because you should eat every, three to four hours anyway.
I used to overeat, but now I have figured out a way, I can eat as much as I need to, without piling on the weight, and it all has to do, with what I eat, and the portion size.
Thought I have been guilty, of eating too much junk food, and too many crepes.
